Terms and Conditions

General Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Site and services for any reason, without notice at any time.

We reserve the right to alter Terms of Service at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Conditions of Use of Services

You must wear safe and suitable clothes to move in.

Warming up before a session is highly recommended, as is cooling down after. This is your responsibility.

Injury prevention is entirely your responsibility, by taking part in in person coaching sessions you do so at your own risk.

If you are under doctor’s orders, have an underlying health condition or have received other medical advice that would prevent you from undertaking physical activity, you should not participate.

Suitable ballet clothing and shoes must be worn during sessions.

It is your responsibility to remain hydrated during sessions.

Services provided by Begin Ballet are not classified as medical advice or therapeutic treatment.

Content provided can be played and displayed for personal use only, you must not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display or sell any content created by Begin Ballet without permission.

All clients of Begin Ballet are expected to act in a professional, respectful and positive manner.

Your session and any subscriptions will be immediately terminated without refund if you act in the following ways:

Any harassment of Gabrielle Arvanitis-Dalpe or live class participants
Asking for personal information of Gabrielle or live class participants
Swearing, making inappropriate comments or romantic gestures
Nudity of any kind
Any violence or threats
Being intoxicated or under the influence during a session

Cancellation Policy

You must provide 24 hours notice to reschedule your session time, if you choose to cancel, you will then be issued with a credit to use within 3 months.

Session credits are not eligible for refund or transferable to other accounts.

If you are running late due to reasons beyond your control, get in touch with us by message or email and Gabrielle will do her best to accommodate your sessions. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your booked sessions without getting in touch, the session will be considered forfeited.

Your email address, bank information, and personal contact information is never shared or sold to any other website or company. Information submitted in this page is only used for contact and business with Begin Ballet. Your phone number or contact information will never be sold to telemarketers or any other companies. All billing and contact from this company will have the name Begin Ballet on it.

Begin Ballet does not keep billing information and uses third party hosts such as Stripe and Square to bill so we will never see your personal financial information or have access to sharing it with any other person. Your information is protected through these financial institutions.

No information of members of the Begin Ballet community or Begin Ballet community will be shared with any other individuals. All account information and medical conditions will be kept private between coach and client.

Photo Release

By agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to the following: I hereby grant the Begin Ballet permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Begin Ballet and will not be returned.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Begin Ballet to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the Begin Ballet from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE PHOTO RELEASE. I AFFIRM THAT I AM AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, OR, IF I AM UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE, I HAVE OBTAINED THE REQUIRED CONSENT OF MY PARENTS/GUARDIANS AND ACCEPT.
